TozziniFreire and Cescon advise on Sparta’s issue of quotas
TozziniFreire Advogados advised Sparta in the 6th issuance of quotas of the Fund, an infrastructure investment fund (Brazil Stocks Exchange negotiation code: JURO11) that aims investments in securities and assets that have obtained tax incentives as provided by Law 12.431/11, which has been idealized to foster infrastructure development in Brazil.

The 6th issuance successfully raised BRL 999,904,450.10, and highlights investors’ confidence in Sparta.
