TozziniFreire Advogados announced Caio Loureiro (pictured) as the new partner in the Infrastructure and Administrative Law areas at TozziniFreire Advogados.

Focusing his practice on the interaction between the public and private sectors, Caio has 17 years of experience in structuring infrastructure projects (concessions and Public-Private Partnerships), participating in bids and managing administrative contracts – particularly involving regulated industries and compliance matters, both in prevention and in remediation of wrongful acts against Public Administration.

Graduate of the Law School of UNIFACS (Universidade Salvador), Caio holds a Master’s degree in State Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo).

Working on highly complex projects, TozziniFreire’s Infrastructure practice has been developing innovative structures, which have become a benchmark in Brazil, with active role in the first privatization transactions that took place in the country, as well as in federal and state concession programs.

Since then, the firm has assisted several of the most significant transactions in the transport and logistics sectors (airports, ports, highways and railways), energy, oil and gas, sanitation, telecommunications, among others.
