Trench Rossi Watanabe advises SBF group on debenture issue

Trench Rossi Watanabe advised the SBF group in the third issue and public offering of simple debentures. The operation raised R$ 500 million. The firm was responsible for the group’s legal consulting.
Luis Ambrósio, partner of the Corporate & Finance practice (pictured), led the operation. Besides Ambrósio, the offer relied on the performance of relationship partner Daniel Facó and the support of associates Rafael Disposti, Joyce Martins, and Julia Viana.
