Trench Rossi Watanabe advises Wiz Co Participações on issue
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised the issuer; Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriter on the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, nonconvertible, guaranteed by receivables fiduciary assignment and corporate guarantee, in a single series by Wiz Co Participações e Corretagem de Seguros, for public distribution under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 300 million.
The offer included a fiduciary assignment of receivables granted by the Issuer; and corporate guarantee by Wiz Concept Soluções de Teleatendimento.
