Two firms act on the issuance of Capitânia Agro
Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados advised the issuer; Tauil & Chequer Advogados associated with Mayer Brown advised XP Investimentos as lead coordinator in the public offering of primary distribution of shares of the 1st issue of Capitânia Agro Crédito Fiagro-Imobiliário, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
The offering was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 263 million.

The issue marks the entrance of the fund in the capital markets as another investment option focused on agribusiness in Capitânia Capital’s portfolio.
