Two firms act on the negotiation of an MOU between companies
Machado Meyer and Pinheiro Guimarães acted on the negotiation and drafting of an MOU between NSA Participações Empreendimentos, Ambapar Amba Participações, Novo Atacado Comércio de Alimentos and Grupo Mateus, comprising a potential business combination by means of a contribution, in such combined business, by Grupo Mateus of its wholesale and retail businesses in Pernambuco, Alagoas and Paraíba, and by Novo Atacado Comércio de Alimentos, of the entirety of its businesses.
