Two firms advised on the acquisition of Salt Participações by Serasa
Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Freitas Ferraz Advogados advised on the acquisition by Serasa, a Brazilian data technology company from the Experian Group, of Salt Participações, the direct owner of SalaryFits Sistemas and Salt Tecnologia, both of which provide digital financial services, including wage anticipation and other loan-related services in Brazil.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
