VBSO act in structuring of Soulpay FIDC
VBSO Advogados acted in the structuring of Soulpay Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios and issuance of shares of the investment fund, which were distributed through a public offering with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, in the total amount of R$47,5 million.
The deal was led by partner Henrique Vicentin Lisboa (pictured) and associates Miguel Xavier de Brito Martins, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
