VBSO advise Oliveira Trust on the capitalization of Grupo Solum
VBSO -Vaz, Buranello, Shingaki & Oioli Advogados advised Grupo Oliveira Trust on the capitalization of Grupo Solum, a holding company that develops businesses focused on alternative investments.
The deal involved one of Grupo Solum’s subsidiaries, Bee4 Intermediação, Compensação e Liquidação, a participant of Brazilian’s Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory sandbox, developing a equity tokenization project.
The capitalization of Grupo Solum was made through the celebration of a convertible loan of BRL 4,000,000.00.
