Veirano advises on Mech-I-Tronic’s RK deal

Veirano Advogados has advised on the acquisition by Mech-I-Tronic of 100% of the shares issued by RK Ferramentaria, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-cavitation injection moulds, with expertise in fast-cycle and thin-wall technologies.

RK Ferramentaria operates in a niche segment of the industrial manufacturing sector, focusing on precision mould engineering. The acquisition gives Mech-I-Tronic full ownership of a business with a technical profile in advanced injection moulding processes.
