Veirano and Cescon act in issuance of debentures by Dufrio
Veirano Advogados advised the issuer, Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised the underwriters on the public offering of the 1st issuance of debentures of Refrigeração Dufrio Comércio e Importação in total amount of R$ 100 million.
This is the first public offering of Refrigeração Dufrio Comércio e Importação in local market, and the proceeds will be used for full and early settlement of the outstanding balance of certain contracts and for working capital and/or cash strengthening and/or reperfiling of other debt of the issuer.
