Veirano and Machado Meyer advises Valid’s debentures issue

Veirano Advogados assisted Valid Soluções in the 9th issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in two series, of unsecured species, to be converted into the species with real guarantee, for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts. The total amount of the issue was R$250 million.
The issue of these debentures was guaranteed by an escrow account in which an amount equivalent to 25% of the outstanding balance of the debenture issue was deposited as cash collateral.
