Veirano Advogados advised Dimed Distribuidora de Medicamentos (Grupo Panvel) in debentures issue

Veirano Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public offering of the 4th issue of debentures of Dimed Distribuidora de Medicamentos (Grupo Panvel), in the amount of R$ 150 million.

Banco Bradesco BBI was the lead coordinator – lead underwriter.
