Veirano, i2a and PN act in acquisition of the real estate project Sucupira
Veirano Advogados, and i2a Advogados advised Brookfield Properties through the real estate investment fund PDC II Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, managed by Banco Genial (Brazil) on the acquisition of 19 floors of the real estate development Sucupira Tower, a sub-condominium of Condomínio Parque da Cidade, a luxury commercial building, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The transaction value was R$ 394 million.
