WFaria Advogados adds Luana Rosa as partner
WFaria Advogados has announced the arrival of Luana Rosa as a new partner in its M&A and corporate law practice. The move strengthens the firm’s presence in strategic corporate transactions, an area the firm has been looking to expand.
Luana Rosa has worked on both domestic and international M&A transactions, leading corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts. Her practice also covers estate and succession planning, with a focus on asset protection, business succession and continuity planning for family-owned companies.
Luana Rosa holds a law degree from PUC-SP and a postgraduate qualification from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Throughout her career she has worked at Pinheiro Neto, TozziniFreire and NW Advogados. She also served on the M&A legal team at Stone and held the roles of Head of Legal for Brazil and Global Head of ESG at Merama.
