Santos Neto advises CR’s issuance of Clean Medical
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, Opea Securitizadora and Clean Medical Comércio e Locação de Equipamentos Hospitalares, in the public offering of Receivables Certificates (CR) of 16th issue of Opea Securitizadora, backed by book-entry commercial notes due by Clean Medical, as per CVM Resolution 160, according to the Automatic Registration Rite.
Distribution of CRs was carried out in accordance with CVM Rule 160 by Itaú BBA. The total amount of the issue was R$ 50,600,000.00.
