Santos Neto advises commercial notes issuance of VB Alimentos
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Itaú BBA and VB Alimentos, in the public offering of commercial notes of the 2nd issuance of VB Alimentos, in a single series, for public distribution by automatic distribution registration rite of CVM Rule 160, for professional investors, in the total amount of BRL 60 million.
