Two firms advise on the Unifique debenture issue

Machado Meyer advised the issuer, and Lobo de Rizzo advised the underwriters, on the public offering of the fourth issue of unsecured, non-convertible debentures in a single series by Unifique Telecomunicações, under a firm placement guarantee and through the automatic registration procedure, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160 and other applicable laws, in the total amount of BRL 500 million.

Machado Meyer advised Unifique Telecomunicações and relied on partners Gustavo Secaf Rebello, Raphael Oliveira Zono, lawyers Ana Carolina Carpegiani Peyres Neves, Gabriel da silva Freire, Luana Fleming De Oliveira Conilho and Mario Gomez Carrera Neto.
