Echecopar assists Agrovision in $210m financing
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has assisted Agrovision in a $210 USD million financing.
The financing consisted of a $180 million USD secured syndicated loan and a $30 million USD unsecured syndicated loan.
As a result of this transaction, Agrovision was able to increase the financing by an additional $150 million USD and $40 million USD, respectively, which will allow it to use the proceeds to fund its growth plan and refinance existing debt.
Agrovision Peru, part of the US-based Agrovision Corp, is a berry producer and exporter with operations in Peru, Mexico and Morocco.
