Mattos Filho Advogados advised Aldo Solar that executed its offering of BRL 220 million notes. Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Itaú and Banco Citibank that acted as joint bookrunners on the offering.

Aldo Componentes Eletronicos provides electronic equipment. The Company wholesales and distributes solar energy products, computers, computer peripheral equipment, and computer software and serves customers in Brazil.
