Machado Meyer advise COELBA on issuance of commercial paper notes
Machado Meyer advised Companhia de Eletricidade do Estado da Bahia – COELBA, on its 2nd issue of commercial paper notes, in two series, in the total amount of BRL 500 million.
The issue was guaranteed by Neoenergia.
The funds raised through the issue will be used for working capital for the ordinary management of the business.
