Marval and Dentons counsel on sale of Norauto shares
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled Grupo Stellantis on the acquisition by Grupo Mobivia, advised by Dentons Rattagan Arocena, of 100 % of the share capital of Norauto Argentina.
The sale, which took place on 29 June, will be carried out in two tranches: 90 % of the shares were transferred on 18 July and it was agreed to transfer the remaining 10 % next year.
Norauto Argentina is a company dedicated to selling automotive products and services.
Miguel Prefumo acted as in-house counsel for Grupo Stellantis.
