Marval participates in Red Mutual 71 issue

Marval O’Farrell Mairal has participated as legal advisor in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Financial Trust “Red Mutual 71”, for a total amount of V/N ARS 1,428,082,938.

The issue was made on 18 January, under the Red Mutual Global Trust Securities Programme, and included senior variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 999,658,100, class B variable income trust debt securities for V/N ARS 257,054,900 and participation certificates for V/N ARS 171,369,938.

The National Securities Commission authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 5 January. The trust securities will be traded on the Open Electronic Market and listed on the Argentinean Stock Exchanges and Markets.

Asociación Mutual Unión Solidaria acted as trustee and administrator; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) as trustee in a non-personal capacity; Banco Voii and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, as arrangers and underwriters; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco Mariva acted as underwriters.
