Pinheiro Neto and Machado Meyer act on Soneva debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto advised the company and Machado Meyer advised the underwriter on the first issuance of debentures of Soneva Energias Renováveis, in the total amount of R$6.767.910.000,00

The issuance of the debentures was part of the judicial reorganization plan of Atvos and of the change of control of Atvos Group.

Pinheiro Neto advised Soneva and Mubadala Capital; and relied on partners Rafael Gaspar (pictured top left) Marcelo V. de Moura (pictured top right); counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença; senior associate André Santa Ritta and associate Elena Carvalho Carrasco.
