Pinheiro Neto and Stocche Forbes act on the sale of BRB Loterias
Pinheiro Neto and Stocche Forbes acted on the sale of 49,9% of the capital stock of BRB Loterias e Participações, with the subsequent capital increase of the company by the company’s shareholders subscribed proportionally to the equity interests held by the two shareholders on the closing date. Seller will also be entitled to additional annual payments calculated based on the income of the JV company that exceeds agreed target projections. The transaction consists of the creation of the first state lottery in Brazil since the Supreme Court ended of the exclusivity of the Federal Government to explore these activities.
