Pinheiro Neto and Veirano act in issuance of WDC Networks

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the issuer on the public offering of the 2nd issuance of debentures of WDC Networks (Livetech da Bahia Industria e Comercio).

This is the second debentures issuance of WDC Networks in a public offering in local market, and the proceeds will be used for CAPEX for the acquisition of operating inventories and/or equipment for lease; reinforcement of working capital; and payment of company debts.
The deal value was R$ 500 million.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised WDC Networks and relied on partners Ricardo Simões Russo, associates Felipe Morais Assunção, Gabriela Kaneshiro Pereira and intern Henrique Sampaio Hennies Pratas da Costa.
