Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised and Hashdex Gestora de Recursos Ltda. and Hashdex DeFi Index Fundo de Índice (ETF); Veirano Advogados advised the underwriters

Pinheiro Neto and Veirano acted in the 1st issuance of shares by the ETF investment fund Hashdex DeFi Index Fund, in the total amount of R$55.5 million.

The offering underwriters were Genial Investimentos Corretora de Valores Mobiliários S.A. (lead underwriter), XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Hashdex Gestora de Recursos Ltda. and Hashdex DeFi Index Fundo de Índice (ETF) in connection with the structuring of the ETF and the offering and relied on partner Caio Ferreira Silva (pictured left) and associates Winnie Tya Tchi Li and Nina Goldman Cavalcanti.
