Rolim Viotti strengthens its practices with new partner in São Paulo

Rolim, Viotti, Goulart, Cardoso Advogados has strengthened M&A and Corporate Practice with Daniel Tardelli Pessoa (pictured), the new head of this areas in São Paulo.

Daniel has more than 20 years of corporate practice and, previously, was partner at Levy & Salomao – Advogados and at FCAM Advogados.  He also worked as Visiting International Attorney at Morrison & Foerster, LLP (New York), and as associate at Cescon Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados.

Daniel holds a master’s degree (M.Jur) from the University of Oxford and a bachelor of laws degree (LL.B) from the University of São Paulo.
