Santos Neto advises securitized debentures issuance of Eurobike
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Itaú BBA, True Securitizadora and Eurobike, on the public offering of securitized debentures, in two series, of 4th issue of True Securitizadora, backed by book-entry commercial notes due by Eurobike, as per CVM 160, according to the automatic registration rite.
The total amount of the issue was BRL 50 million.
