Santos Neto Advogados advises CRA’s issuance of Agrosepac
Santos Neto Advogados advises Grupo Agrosepac and Canal Securitizadora, in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 74th issue of Canal Companhia de Securitização, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Agrosepac Serrados.
The distribution of CRAs was carried out by Canal Securitizadora in accordance with CVM Rule 160.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 20,000,000.00.
