Stocche Forbes and Machado Meyer advised on the 8th issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, in 3 Series, of the unsecured type, with additional personal guarantee, for public distribution by Copel Distribuição, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 1.6 billion.
