VBSO advises Raia Drogasil in the issuance of CRI
VBSO Advogados acted as legal counsel on the structuring and issuance of real estate receivables certificates – CRI for the 208th issuance of True Securitizadora, backed by debentures owed by Raia Drogasil, in the total amount of BRL 700 million.
The CRI were subject to a public offering intermediated by Banco Itaú BBA and Banco Santander (Brasil), pursuant to CVM 160.
