Veirano advises issuance of commercial papers of C.A.W
The deal was Public offering of the 1st issuance of commercial papers of C.A.W. Projetos e Consultoria Industrial. The total value was R$ 60 million.
This is the first commercial papers issuance of C.A.W. in a public offering in local market. Veirano Advogados advised C.A.W. and relied on partner Luiz Rafael de Vargas Maluf (pictured) and associates Levi Santos, Felipe Tenerelli and Giovanna Fetter.
Machado Mayer Advogados advised the underwriter Itaú BBA and relied on partners Raphael Zono, Fernanda Cury Messias and associates Marianna Torello Palladino, trainee Giorgia Giocondo Lopes Rosin and Helena Avanzi Leonardi.
Vortx acted as the fiduciary agent (trustee) of the issuance.
